As our Video Editor, you'll be creating compelling visual stories that demand both technical excellence and creative vision.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about video editing and storytelling.
This is a 100% remote (work from home) role.

Key Skills and Requirements
Below are some of the key skills you’ll need:
Advanced Canva pro skills for graphic design with some basic video editing skills (in Canva)
A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition
Strong adherence to brand guidelines at all times
Very good english grammar and spelling skills
Basic video editing skills (ideally using Descript)
Soft Skills Required
You’ll also need these soft skills to do well in this role:
Clear communication and the ability to stick to deadlines
The ability to work without supervision
The ability to respond well to constructive feedback
Collaborate with others in the team to create magic
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll typically handle 2-3 projects simultaneously, with most videos ranging from 3-15 minutes in length. Each project allows you to flex your creative muscles while following our proven framework for client success.
Note: This role focuses purely on post-production - no filming or pre-production required.
Below are some of the activities you’ll be performing regularly:
Turn raw dialogue videos into engaging stories and educational videos
Design custom motion graphics for client branding elements
Craft engaging intro hooks that capture viewer attention in the first 3 seconds
Select and edit music tracks to enhance emotional impact
Layer sound design elements to build atmosphere and engagement
Develop dynamic text animations for key message emphasis
Color grade footage to maintain consistent visual style across projects
Fine-tune pacing to maintain viewer engagement
Add strategic b-roll to illustrate key points
Implement feedback and revisions with precision
Export deliverables in various formats for different platforms
